嬉しいことに、投稿した作品がざ、いけのぼう6月号“みんなの花展”コーナーに掲載されました。

テーマは「ガラス花器を用いたいけばな」でしたが、花器は手持ちのガラスのキャンディ入れに迷うこと無く決定。

花材は、6月・梅雨を意識し、多湿を好むラン系の花をメインに選びました。

また、器の球形の足とガラス玉をブルーの紙の上に置き、雨粒に見立てました。
恵みの雨のシーンを表現出来ていますように。

今回の誌上掲載の経験を、今後に生かさねばと気持ちを新たにしております。

Pleased that my work was carried on a special feature in the June issue of The Ikenobo.
I happened to have a bonbonniere suitable for the theme “ikebana using a glass container”.
Then selected orchid flowers grown in a humid climate as the main material for the rainy season in June.
Put the bonbonniere with ball shaped legs and some glass balls on a blue paper, hoping these would look like rain drops, and consequently my work would look like a scene of welcome rain.
Encouraged by this experience, I’ll continue trying to improve.
